| Would you like to have the opportunity to spend more time with your family and friends, while working for one of the most progressive employers in the funeral industry? At The Simple Alternative we realize the demands of being a Funeral Director and we appreciate how difficult it can be to maintain a work-life balance. As the employer of choice, a healthy balance between career and personal life is important to us. We offer that balance with flexible shifts, excellent benefits, the opportunity for advancement and an exceptional work environment.
We pride ourselves on doing things a little differently, and we’re currently seeking Licensed Funeral Directors who feel the same way. We operate licensed funeral establishments that provide a full range of service options at several locations in the Greater Toronto Area. We pride ourselves in providing care, comfort and choice to the families we serve, bringing comfort to an otherwise difficult experience.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Licensed Funeral Director who have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment. In turn, for your talents, we offer a competitive salary, a generous incentive plan and comprehensive benefit package, which includes matched pension plan.
If this sounds like you and striking that balance is appealing, come help us make a difference.
