Carol has been part of the Pre-planning team at Mount Pleasant Cemetery for a number of years. She lives in the area and spends summer weekends at her cottage on Georgian Bay.
   When asked how she feels about her job Carol will quickly reply: “This is the most personally rewarding position I have ever held.”  Guiding a family through the process of pre-planning cemetery services takes time - time to explain the options to the family, time for the family to be comfortable in their decisions. Carol finds her reward in knowing that her customers are confident they have been well served.
