Although born in Hong Kong, I have lived most of my life in Canada, and am fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

   My degree in Sociology and Business helps me to understand the rituals associated with different ethnic and religious backgrounds. I have been a Pre-planning Advisor since March 2004, and have helped families with their pre-arrangements in eight of the ten Mount Pleasant Group of Cemeteries.

   Patient, honest, ethical and compassionate, I am also a good listener. The many families I have helped think of me as a friend, teacher and counsellor, not simply a salesperson. I enjoy helping families solve their problems.

   I strongly believe that pre-planning offers many benefits. Life is full of uncertainties, pre-planning removes one of them. It also:
