Richard Boxer

Richard Boxer is a chartered accountant and is president of Buckingham Capital, a privately owned Canadian merchant bank involved in equity or debt financings since 1992. His governance experience includes having served as a director of a number of both public and private corporations including, Alarmforce Industries Inc., CDI Education Corporation, Schneider Power Inc., the Toronto Public Library, Toronto Rehabilitation Institute and the Canadian Paraplegic Association. Richard is presently a director of Manitou Capital Corporation.

Richard has been a member of the board since 1999 and serves on the Governance & HR Committee.
