In the username, please type in your first name hyphen last name. This needs to all be lowercase. See example.

In the password, please type in your first name hyphen last name followed by your employee ID. This needs to all be lowercase. See example.

This is the example:

• First Name: Jane
• Last Name: Doe
• Employee Id: 4321

This would make your:

• username: "jane-doe"
• password: "jane-doe4321"
