Mount Pleasant Group (MPG) is a not-for-profit corporation made up of two like-minded organizations, Mount Pleasant Group of Cemeteries (MPGC) and Canadian Memorial Services (CMS).
MPGC takes care of our cemetery operations, while CMS is the funeral side of our business.
At MPG, the idea of 'forever' is at the heart of everything we do. Since 1826, we’ve cared for our cemeteries with a commitment to preserve them for future generations, always putting our clients first.
Founded to give Torontonians a choice when they had none, we’ve grown to serve communities across the GTA. While our scope has expanded, our purpose remains true to our origins, adapting to meet the evolving needs and wishes of those we serve. From cremation and natural burial to diverse cultural traditions, we embrace change and remain dedicated to offering our clients meaningful, personalized and innovative choices.
