Like all cemetery and funeral companies in Ontario, we are regulated by the Bereavement Authority of Ontario(external link) (BAO), an arm’s-length government agency responsible for ensuring compliance, protecting the public interest and upholding professional standards across the sector. 

Provincially, we are regulated under the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 33
