Raised in Hong Kong, Sheik moved to Canada in 1986 and completed his education at George Brown College. He went on to build a successful career in telecommunications before transitioning to the design industry. Brian came to MPG from the investment brokerage industry, where planning for the future with clients is one of the primary objectives. Since 2009, Paul has been serving families from different cultures and religious traditions in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Cliff believes great customer service starts with listening. With a background in retail sales and a passion for helping others, he joined The Simple Alternative – Toronto as a Funeral Director’s Assistant before moving into pre-planning at MPG. Cheryl has been with MPG since 1990 with her dedication to customer service shining through in every role she has held. For many years, she worked at both Pine Hills Cemetery and Mount Pleasant Cemetery, helping families who had just lost a loved one before becoming a Pre-Planning Advisor. A native of Hong Kong, John studied in the United Kingdom before moving to Canada. Fluent in English and Cantonese, he joined MPG as a Pre-planning Advisor after spending years in sales and customer service. Born and raised in Hungary, Imre is a compassionate listener who felt called to funeral service after losing both of his parents as a teenager. A licensed funeral director, he has supported families from all backgrounds across the GTA. Fred was raised in Hong Kong and educated in Canada. He is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. His experience in various industries, ranging from hi-tech to project co-ordination and management has made him an excellent communicator with a passion for customer service. Victoria’s father immigrated to a foreign country so she could get a better education; her mom worked long hours so she could live a better life; and now, they’ve taken the time to pre-plan so Victoria can use that time to remember them.
