Tree Walk with Daniel Chevalier

Learn about the secret lives of trees at Mount Pleasant Cemetery on a guided walk through the grounds with resident arborist and friend to the trees, Daniel Chevalier. Mount Pleasant Cemetery is home to over 120 genera spanning more than 600 species - here in this collection, you'll find nearly any tree that can grow in Ontario. Meet near the Funeral Centre, just at the open green space at the bend of the road.

Please dress for the weather, as the tour will proceed rain or shine, except in the case of lightning or thunder.

A few key things to note: There are no washrooms along the route. Limited parking is available; we recommend using public transit, or walking, if possible.
